Join us for a fun and relaxed evening in which to try your hand at working with clay to create your own tea infuser using hand-building techniques. Enjoy a tasting of herb-infused water, herbal teas, herbal infusions, herbal decoctions, and cold water herbal infusions, getting first-hand experience with these different types of preparations and learning which plants work best with each method so that you can head home and start making these on your own! Light snacks are provided.
