STEFANIE FEDOR

Executive Director of Art Jewelry Forum, a global non-profit established in 1997 to advocate for the international field of contemporary art jewelry through education, discourse, appreciation, and support for the field. Originally trained as a fiber artist, Fedor has over 11+ years of experience as an executive director—both for a large community arts center and a contemporary art museum—and three years as the assistant director of the American University Museum. During her career, she has been a frequent guest lecturer, a juror, a panelist, and a guest curator for many events and organizations. She holds an MA in Visual Arts Administration from New York University and a BFA in Studio Art & Art History from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She currently serves on the Mildred Thompson Legacy Project board of directors in Atlanta, Ga.
