Contact the Education Department at 314.615.5268 or education@laumeier.org to schedule an appointment or request more information only; Laumeier cannot accept registrations via email, phone or fax.

PROGRAM CONFIRMATIONS

Registration confirmations will be sent by email for Classes and Workshops. Early registration is strongly encouraged because it helps to determine whether a program will be offered. The minimum enrollment deadline for Classes and Workshops is seven business days before the program is scheduled to begin. Laumeier reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment is not met by the deadline. As long as the minimum is met, additional registrations will be accepted up to two business days before the program begins. Please contact the Education Department at 314.615.5268 to request confirmation by mail.

Parent Packets will be issued by email for Art Camps. Families will be contacted immediately if an Art Camp session is full.

REFUNDS / WITHDRAWALS / CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

COVID-19:
If Laumeier is forced to cancel a program due to limits on gathering, a full refund will be issued to all registrants.

Withdrawal from Art Camps and the Teen Art Program must be received via email three weeks before the program begins to receive a full refund, less the $25 registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued after that time. Art Camp session changes will be accepted with a $20 processing fee charged at that time. Laumeier does not arrange make-up sessions for programs missed by students.

Withdrawal from multi-day Clay Classes must be received via email three weeks before the program begins to receive a full refund, less a $35 processing fee.

Withdrawal from a one-day Workshop must be received via email two weeks prior to the workshop to receive a partial refund of 75%; no refunds will be issued after that time.

Laumeier does not arrange make-up sessions for programs missed by students. In the event that Laumeier must cancel a program due to low enrollment, participants will be notified in advance and receive a full refund. In the event that Laumeier must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (including inclement weather), participants will be notified and an alternate program date will be offered or a full refund issued.
